Anaerobic threshold (AT) and VO2 max are the most determining factors in sport training, because sport results on endurance events depends on anaerobic threshold and VO2 max. Anaerobic threshold and VO2 max are boundary value for zest to endurance in sport, when AT is maximal boundary value for endurance training and VO2 max determining utility of oxygen in training. Interdependency of anaerobic threshold and VO2max is 80-100%, when VO2 max reach 80 - 100% of maximum pending anaerobic threshold. But this is individual number for everybody, so coach must allow for this fact on training. On training is important respect anaerobic threshold and VO2 max because it is important for making programs. It is important to know that heart rate can fall after AT and it can be mistakes information for coach. In this situation is correct to control lactate.

Keywords: endurance; anaerobic threshold = lactate threshold (AT); VO2 max
