Role of Stress in the Education

The stress is an adaptation necessity of education. With the development of the civilization,decrease the sum of eXertion movement loads. The compensation of this decrease is the role for sport. For the underachievers is attractive non-competitiv sport,with deal ofhis recreation and eXperience (flow) characteristic.
