This article refers about use of water polo in teaching and training swimming. It gives some exercise that could be used during training. This exercise gives excellent opportunity to stay in shape for swimming while providing a much-needed break from the rigors and boredom which can accompany swim training. Water polo helps build strength, coordination, sense water, endurance and speed. It could also help to maintain an interest in swimming for same athlete who otherwise might quit the sport.
