The aim of this study was take the condition of deep stabilizing spine system (DSSS). There was chosen sit-up test from testing battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 and diaphragm test. Individual tests were measured with muscle dynamometer SD02. Because muscles of DSSS form one functional unit and dysfunction only one muscle makes dysfunction whole system. We suppose that the proportion of engagement of musculus rectus abdominis and musculus transversus abdominis will be constant. 45 healthy women took part in the research. The results of measurement were statistically processed by Statistica 6 programme. There was prove the underaction ventral stabilization of spine at monitored subjects.
