The clinical study was concerning with detection and appraisal of impact of comprehensive physiotherapy treatments in patients with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy for quality of their life. The study was focused on the effect of a comprehensive healing therapy on motor function - stability in sitting, standing and improvements in locomotion. Object of research consisted of 20 patients diagnosed with cerebral palsy, all patients were mobile without assistive devices with mild to moderate mental retardation. Physiotherapy was conducted in a length of 6 weeks. By the effect of a complex physiotherapy treatment has been improved motor functions - stability in sitting, standing stability and more secure locomotion, which has resulted in achieving statistically significant results in all tested parameters. It is important to emphasize the need of teamwork of the physiotherapist, all specialists and of course the family members working on improving the quality of life of the patients with cerebral palsy.
