The aim of the research was to assess the appropriateness of applying a subjective evaluation method of load intensity during aerobics and aerobics in the water of a different focus of study. Research consisted of college student file (n = 30), whose average age was 19.66 ± 1.09 years. The intensity of the movement load we evaluated by heart rate and range of Borg scale. When processing the raw data we have in addition to basic statistical characteristics for the independent files with same parameters evaluated by comparing the relationship between the two methods used as well by using the Pearson correlation coefficient, or to evaluate the relative tightness test of conformity of the regression coefficients. The results of the work, we evaluated the relationship between the applied load during the hours of aerobics, aerobics in the water intermittent methods to the p < 0,01 level of significance in both of these measurements. Test of conformity of the regression coefficients during aerobics class in a different environment was statistically insignificant, the relationship between the two methods of evaluation of the load when the load was not significantly tighter during the from intermittent load in water aerobics as during aerobics. On the basis of the results obtained, we recommend a subjective evaluation of the load during physical activities in a different environment to apply at an intensive aerobic load.
