The aim of this study is to identify differences between correlates of physical activity (PA) of Czech population with high and low PA level using the method of Formal Concept Analysis. Further aim is to verify reliability of results of two equivalent forms of Czech self-administered format of IPAQ questionnaire applied in randomized sample of Czech population between years 2003-2006. As a significant differences between correlates of high and low PA level population were accepted results higher than mutual variability of the same variable in equivalent forms of used IPAQ questionnaire. Females and males with high PA level participated in an organized PA and performed everyday walking more often than females and males with low PA level. The highest reliability between equivalent forms of Czech IPAQ questionnaire was found in following answers: Living alone ±1.5%, living in childless family ±3% and living in family with children ±3.5%. High (±5%) or sufficient (±8%) reliability was identified in answers: Ownership of a dog and a weekend house or differentiation of participants according to level of PA, ownership of a bicycle, smoking and participation in an organized PA. Czech equivalent forms of IPAQ questionnaire allow to determine differences in correlates of PA. The Formal Concept Analysis is a suitable diagnostic tool to quantify and express differences between these forms.
