Pedagogy point of view to children physical activity monitoring

Scientists used two main approaches for monitoring of physical activity of children - psychosocial approaches based on pedagogy methodologies and biomedicine approaches based on using recording utilities. Children physical activities consist of games mostly and problem is how to measure objectively volume, frequency, intensity and type of it. For better understanding of children physical activity and influence of its lack on health we have to improve our methodology approaches and use both psychosocial and biomedicine together.
