To influence the college students' lifestyle and their motivation it is nowadays possible to offer attractive and trendy movement styles. Through these activities we can support their concentration, attention, mental strength, movement efficiency and socialization. The programme of poweryoga can provide both the traditional yoga approach working with mental balance and concentration and the modern conception of healthy oriented movement efficiency. The research of the eligibility, sufficiency and effectivity of the poweryoga programme is being continuously verified on a group of students at the Faculty of Science, Charles University using the standardized questionnaire NEO and other testing batteries focused on flexibility and balance. Realized introductory research dealing with the group of students approved appropriatness of the poweryoga programmes content and the way of its evalution.
