Benefits of parkour

The article is a summary of knowledge about physical activity called parkour. Due to the content and the form of the parkour it could be added to the range of physical activities for youth. For this group, it is essential the form and the method of an offer. Common forms of physical activities are already depleted. It is necessary to compile knowledge on the use of parkour for the cultivation of the individual. After that, we can recommend parkour as applicable activity to deal with the deficit of phycal activities. Based on this work, it appears that parkour is able to positively influence fitness. Adventure character of parkour can motivate primarily young people to practise physical activity regularly. Parkour is proving to be a useful tool in the field of education of the young population, as philosophy that contains. Parkour is a new phenomenon that can change the way people think about movement in urban environments.
