The aim of the written reflection of artistic performance is to propose a solution to the issue of physical condition and muscle imbalances of pupils who are enrolled in the 2nd and 3rd year, ISCED 2B (International Standard Classification of Education) of the Elementary School of Arts. The part of research consisted of 6 girls of experimental group and 6 girls of control group. The final training were applied 4 months once per week during the school year 2016/2017. It also deals with the content of compulsory dance techniques and the possibilities of their improvement. The experimental exercise plan was created to provide a rapid, effective and physiologically favorable increase in muscle strength and elasticity. It was applied to the mentioned group of pupils. Strength training uses the ballet bar as a support and universal tool as well. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the correct body holding and to realize the continuity of the muscular work. An important part of the thesis was the research that lasted throughout the school year 2016/2017. It monitored pupils' abilities through somatic measurements and physical diagnostics. The results were compared with a group of pupils from another Elementary school of arts whose methodological procedures follow the same time-thematic plans. The control group reported slightly changes in physical condition, thanks to the natural effect of the implementation of dance techniques. Experimental girls, after the training have developed multiple motor skills. Thanks to the strenght and flexibility of the muscles of the lower extremities the performance of the most important characteristics was able to increase. We concluded that the physical condition of the experimental group was increased by 32 % for female pupils, while the value of the control is moved to the level of 12 %. The effectiveness, relevance and efficiency of the chosen booster and compensatory exercises for mastering the dance techniques of the basic art school was confirmed even if only on a small sample of female pupils.
