The readiness of the teacher for teambuilding with the content of the physical activities aimed at the active lifestyle

The goal of our research was the recognition of beginning teachers of physical education for the health care of students in current schools. Using the questionnaire investigation we identified the knowledge of teambuilding and such activities that help in the development of adolescents personality of teachers of physical education in schools. We also explored what experience with the realisation of teambuilding activities do teachers of physical education in selected schools in the South Moravian, Central Bohemian and the Banská Bystrica Region have. Interest of teachers about the personality of students is increasing. Young teachers of physical education are becoming more engaged in leisure activities of students and trying to deepen more knowledge in the field of teambuilding, coaching, but also supervision.
